We are a young semi-retired couple with a combined 25 years of caring for our own pets; from our dog Lucy, to our cats Lilly and Lucky, as well as many years of furry friends who are no longer with us.
As two working professionals who worked from home, we didn’t need regular dog walkers, and without local family, we struggled to find someone we could trust to look after our pets on an ad hoc basis. We had friends we could ask, but it always felt a bit of an imposition, and finding the right person to spend time caring for and reassuring our pets was a struggle.
